“The one who is filming is filming the other”

Jean-Pierre Bekolo is a director from Cameroon. His favourite piece of history are documentary films from the colonial era in Africa, like for example “Löwenjagd in Afrika” (Lion Hunting in Africa). This film in excerpts is shown in the exhibition “German Colonialism” and shows the annexion of the continent via film.
