Carola Huflattich, the Western friend Alex and Moritz in the advertising pillar: Rolf Losansky's children's films tell of young people who cause trouble because they are different from the others. The things they are interested in, their desires and behaviors differ from those of other children. Moritz, for example, is a bit slower and dreamier, brave Carola doesn't stop at prohibition signs, and Alex is always late for school. They can't and don't want to meet the demands and expectations all the time. If it's not the parents who are nagging, it's the teachers. Life as a child is really complicated! Rolf Losansky directed some of DEFA's most beautiful children's films. Carried by a great sympathy for the main characters of his stories, his films give wide scope to the feelings, needs and wishes of young people. He gives them imagination, courage and stubbornness. Losansky himself is also inspired by this. Using animation and animation techniques, his films mix the presence of everyday demands with the imaginative ways that the children find. In this way, they escape the impositions of adults: whether in the advertising column, in a daydream or as a ghost.

For the visit of the four children's films by Rolf Losansky, a reduced entrance fee of € 2.50 applies for children.
