Long Night of Museums
On 30 August 2025, the Deutsches Historisches Museum invites you to a varied programme in the Pei Building for the Long Night of Museums in Berlin. This year's theme is love.
From 6 pm, we will be offering an extensive guided tour programme with various short tours of our exhibitions “On Displaying Violence: First Exhibitions on the Nazi Occupation in Europe, 1945-1948” and “Roads not Taken. Or: Things could have turned out differently”.
An architectural tour trough the Pei Building, guided tours of the library and a preview of the design of the exhibition "Nature and German History" complete the varied programme.
Heartfelt mail from the DHM - This makes hearts beat faster: Surprise a loved one with a postcard and we'll make sure that the greetings are on their way! Appropriate music, the ‘Queen of Hearts’ and the ‘Poet’ from ‘Stelzen-Art’ create the right atmosphere.
We offer snacks and drinks, music and a station for post cards for your loved ones.
Informations and Tickets
Tickets are available from 4 August 2025 on the Long Night of Museums website as well as in the Tourist Infos from visitBerlin. On August 30, additional tickets are available in all participating museums.
